After 5 years of Human Resources experience working directly with senior business leaders and managers, Will not only understands the pain points that hiring managers face when recruiting but also that candidate experience should be at the forefront of the recruitment process.

Working recently for Coca Cola Europacific Partners, Will partnered with the Supply Chain team working directly with the Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality divisions.

Wills experience has focussed on a range of HR activities including staffing issues, disciplinary actions through to hiring decisions. His skill and experience enable him to deliver the best support and guidance to clients to ensure that the best talent is found and developed.

After gaining a Business Degree majoring in Human Resources and International Business, Will entered the HR world as HR Business Partner in the generalist space. He worked for BDO, an Accounting and Consulting firm for 4 years in Brisbane.

Will understands industry needs from the function of one role through to the contribution of all positions to the wider businesses ecosystem leading to successful outcomes.
