Theo Lawson

Recruitment Consultant

Theo joined Lawson Williams in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant. He has also previously worked for the business in the establishment of the Survey and Remuneration divisions of the company.

Theo has a Bachelor of Business and has held Relationship and Business Development roles across the automotive and banking industries

Theo has grown up in the world of recruitment and you could say he has had a lifetime of experience. He has seen first-hand the effort and focus required to identify and deliver high calibre candidates to clients. This has resulted in a passion for the industry.

From his first full year in recruitment and his commercial experience before that, Theo recognises that the people and their performance determines the long-term success of a business.

In addition, Theo prides himself on understanding the unique drivers of client’s business, which enables him to effectivity represent client’s and sell opportunities to candidates in this skill short market.

Outside of work Theo can be found actively relaxing with friends and family whether that’s snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing or on the water.
