The Role

We seek a results-orientated Process Leader to supervise a team working the graveyard shift. This is a hands-on role, providing guidance and mentoring to your team to ensure the best possible quality, productivity and safety outcomes. Your mandate is to ensure a culture of high performance, with your team taking pride in their ability to meet company and customer expectations.

 

Skills and Attributes

• Practical experience gained with an FMCG manufacturing organization.
• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or Technology, Engineering or Management Studies would be advantageous.
• You must have a passion for manufacturing, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, bringing a best practice maintenance approach.
• Ability to energise, develop and empower a team to reach their personal and performance goals.
• Ability to communicate with clarity, fluency and impact. You listen, you care, you make decisions and act.

You are a great problem solver and can make decisions under pressure. You can juggle multiple tasks and re-prioritise when the unexpected happens. Your written and verbal communications skills are second to none, and you have no problem liaising with people in all areas within the company. You’re action orientated, and come up with better ways to do things. AND – you demonstrate a fit with Tasti’s way of working: ensuring clarity, providing support and operating with respect and integrity.
