The role

The role is structured to attract a proven, high performing individual that can influence the company’s portfolio by seeing projects through to completion.  It’s a varied role; in terms of overseeing professionals within varied projects. You will work strategically alongside management to ensure the forward work plan across the various projects deliver as expected

 

Experience

• Degree qualifications and / or Project Management Accreditation coupled with 3 - 5+ years project management experience;
• Analyse project requests and proposal and engineering data;
• Provide technical support to clients and colleagues;
• Plan, direct and coordinate the workshop based pre-commissioning of equipment;
• Oversee modifications to the systems to meet the required functionality;
• Manage the commissioning and acceptance phase of the technology to ensure equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications on the customers site, therefore some travel (20%) is involved.

 

Personal qualities

• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to communicate facts in a clear and convincing manner;
• Critical thinking, suggesting solutions to problems and identifying more effective ways of undertaking tasks;
• Flexibility, accountability, team building and professionalism.
