They are seeking Planning Coordinator who is as dedicated as they are to continue delivering positive health benefits to people’s lives. You will be part of an innovative organisation and a Supply Chain team who are drive by achieving results! 

 

The role

This is an integral role in the Supply Chain team with the aim of ensuring effective planning of production. You will be responsible for:

  • Detail scheduling of the production process.
  • Ensuring safe dispatch of products.
  • Meet high quality standards in accordance with the customer service SLA’s and specifications.
  • Using the ERP systems and system tools effectively.
  • Owning the Planning requirements to ensure smooth operations with third party manufacturers and key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing product specifications and product eligibility at a global level.

 

Experience and attributes

Like a plate spinner - juggler extraordinaire, you have the ability to get each action started and keep it going when all is in motion. This role is a balancing act in a fast paced environment. Ideally you will have:

  • A strong sense of team work and a desire to make things happen.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or a busy/ fast paced environment.
  • A high level of initiative and energy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in planning and preparing production schedules.
  • Resilience to handle change.
