As a Recruitment Consultant at Lawson Williams, you have the opportunity to truly provide recruitment solutions that are fit for purpose, adding real value by improving recruitment outcomes and reducing the total cost of recruitment.

You will work with a group of highly experienced Consultants to provide exceptional recruitment solutions with a focus on the manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, IT, HR and technical sales and marketing sectors.

 

Qualities required

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with proven experience working in a 360 degree capacity and with strong skills at business development and account management.  Prior experience recruiting in the Engineering and/or Supply Chain sector is preferred - ideally from within an agency environment.
