Martijn van Luijken

Martijn immigrated to New Zealand with his family in 2008 and joined Lawson Williams in 2015 after a successful career in the Banking industry.

Tertiary qualified in management, economics and sales and marketing, Martijn completed his postgraduate studies in China before completing an Executive MBA in Holland.

Having worked and studied in different countries, Martijn has worked with a wide range of skilled people from different cultural backgrounds and as a hiring manager, has read thousands of CVs, interviewed thousands of candidates and hired hundreds of members of staff. This breadth of experience is invaluable to his role at Lawson Williams and enables him to offer recruitment consulting services to both candidates and clients.

Martijn has 3 very sports-focussed children that take up most of his time outside of work, but when possible, he and his family enjoy the outdoors, firing up the BBQ and spending time with friends.
